Company introduction     Machine construction All the machines are constructed with thick steel plates under solid structures. After tempering drawing, the outer vibration is greatly reduced. Thus the machines can fit continuously heavy-duty sanding. Easy to operate All the operating controls are centered on a panel in graphic language for an easier operation. Safety device The conveyer is controlled by the microcomputer panel with digital readout. There are up-and-down limit switches fitted on both feed head and working table for safety’s sake. Automatic protecting device There are micro switches on both sides of sanding belts to avoid the belts diverging form the normal track. The machine would stop automatically if the air pressure is not enough or the sanding belt is not tightly adjusted. If the sanding belt were broken, the machine would stop emergently and lower down the conveyer immediately for not being damaged. The electric controlling systems adopt the TE series products. Pressure switch In case the working air pressure is insufficient, machines would stop automatically to assure the safety of operator and machine itself. Product features The electrical motor adopts air disc brake. The sanding belt swing is controlled by an electric eye. All the machines are equipped with computer numerical control system for a more convenient and accurate setting of thickness. The height of the first sanding roller can be adjusted. The pad roller in feeding system is equipped with thickness-controlling emergency switch to prevent the wood sheet from overlapping and ensure the safety of operators and machines The feeding system can be fitted optionally with hydraulic transmission or steple's speed change device *The heavy-duty series can be fitted optionally with ball lifting screw for a higher accuracy.
