Automatic Belt Grinding Machine
Description
These machine is suitable for setting the thickness of solid wood, MDF and veneer.
Heavy Duty Sander series :
R roller dia: ∮300m/m
P roller dia: ∮150m/m
Suitable for thin sheet glued plywood, edge-glued panels and solid wood sanding. Processing width 600m/m-1300m/m
Feeding done by pressure pad and pad roller, pressure sheet material in FC45 casting iron injection with tempering drawing, surface hard chrome-plated, hardness RC70 degree, mirror grinding, special design surface to prevent any resistance when feeding, it provides stable and smooth in feeding process.
Pad adjustment is operated easily. The machine withstands continuous heavy-duty and long time usage. Sanding belt sizes that can be used: 83"and 103"
Options include two or three sanding rollers. We can offer any size range unit as per customer request.
